- TTTimMar 29, 20261.0Long time resident here in Newport. This place is so frustrating. Food is always cold and they can NEVER get an order correct. Standing at the counter, and they just stare at you and never ask if you need help and when you ask them, they are extremely rude. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!! Done spending money at this dump.

Literally no burgers, nuggets buns ... nothing. Turning people away at 1030 on a Sunday because your out of food is insane work. People were lined up sitting in the drive through for 30 min with no one informing them of what was going on.
