  Last week I got a sub and the bread was stale. Oh well I said. Stuff happens. Today I ordered a 6" took it home and when I bit into it, the bread was hard, like really hard. As stale as though it had been made 10 days ago. I was pissed so I got in my car and drove back to the store and asked to see a manager. The 3 people working there just looked at me with blank expressions on their faces. we don't have a manager right now" . But when I told them the bread was stale, they remade my sandwich. I drove home and just sat down to eat the sandwich and guess what? The bread is stale. Hard. not fresh. I'm done with these idiots.

  Subway is never open complain multiple times that they always close an hour to a hour and a half early. None of the workers seem as if they want to be there and then when you do online orders, the order is never correct. I will never go back to the subway ever again.

  My sandwich is literally not what I ordered and I asked her straight to her face. I'm not even going to start a problem but this place kind of sucks I worked all day to pay for this I need a lunch really bad. And to get something I completely didn't ask for because she assumes I can't hear anything and they push me off to the worst person working there what the hell

  I am a frequent flyer at the Subway in Newport,NH and Joseph always does a fantastic job. He is considerate, efficient and works hard to make sure we get what we order.

  My husband had ordered us dinner and my protein bowl was all wrong. It was suppose to be a protein bowl with turkey and bacon. When we got home, my husband thought it didnt look right . He tried it before me to see what exactly it was. Sadly it was tuna and bacon. Very dissappointed. I couldnt eat it because I am allergic to fish. When he realized it , it was too late to drive 20 minutes back to have them remake my protein bowl. And one of girls wasnt in uniform but in a dress showing cleavage which seemed inapproriate for work. Her hair was not under a hat either but she was in food subway side behind food counter. No name tag. She was able to answer a question about an item that was unavailable that my husband ordered. However still my husband and I rate this visit a 1. We come to this location often and usually a great experience. This visit was not the case.
