    This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I ordered a mobile pick up at 6:45a And arrived at the store at 7:05a. I ordered a single coffee and a single breakfast sandwich and it was not ready when I arrived nor was it ready after standing there for 15 minutes waiting for my Order. The staff did not acknowledge me once even after trying to get their attention. I left without my order that was already paid for and will be late for work. Absolute horrible customer service.

    I stopped in here for coffee, a muffin and an hour-long Zoom meeting. The service and coffee/muffin were great. I did not have headphones but was able to find a corner where the meeting noise did not bother anyone. Clean space, accommodating staff, hassle-free wifi, nice bathrooms -- what's not to like? I did notice long lines at the drive thru both coming and going. I'd suggest that drivers get out of their cars, socialize a little bit and beat the long line by stopping inside!

    They gave me a ham croissant and tried to convince me it was the chicken wrap I ordered, even when I tried to show them it was the wrong item.

    It was VERY Slow this morning, it took 9 minutes to get through the drive thru this Sunday morning making me late for church, hence the 4 star rating today. Usually its really quick and the girls at the window are very nice and friendly ☺️
