There was only one person working up front while two others stayed in the back most of the time. I watched a customer come in for an online order, wait quite a while, and eventually leave — along with several others who came and left because of the delay. The food area was disorganized, ingredients weren’t fully prepped, and the overall operation felt chaotic. This location is in urgent need of better management and oversight.
