There was only one person working up front while two others stayed in the back most of the time. I watched a customer come in for an online order, wait quite a while, and eventually leave — along with several others who came and left because of the delay. The food area was disorganized, ingredients weren’t fully prepped, and the overall operation felt chaotic. This location is in urgent need of better management and oversight.

Ordered 2 separate subs and when hubby got there they had given our subs to someone else. They had also done this to 6 separate people come to find out as he stood there waiting to have new subs made. They also had run out of some of the items for our subs because of all the screw up. The guy who actually took our order was impaired by I'm assuming either alcohol or something else due to his actions and his appearance.(yes assuming).
