  This might be the softest pizza I’ve had in a while and not in a good way. We ordered the garlic epic stuffed crust with extra cheese, and the biggest issue was the texture. The crust had no crisp at all. It was overly soft and kind of limp, almost doughy. Not soggy in a wet way, just no structure or bite, which made it hard to enjoy. I get that stuffed crust and extra cheese can make a pizza heavier, but this felt like it just never had any crisp to begin with. Flavor was pretty average overall, nothing that stood out enough to make up for the texture. Quick pickup and easy parking, but based on this experience I’d go elsewhere next time.

  Awful. Placed the order at 5:15 for pickup. Went at 5:50. Told it wasn't done. Waited until 6:30 even though they asked me numerous times for my name. They had an order with a similar name but assured me it wasn't mine. I though that was odd so I asked again. Showed them my online order and said that must be mine. It has the first 3 letters of my name and initial if my last name. So it was mine. One pizza was missing and was told it would be another 20 mins. Miraculously I was given the order in 5 mins. I'm not too happy because my order was ready when I arrived and now everything is cold Get home. Mind you, I live about 20 mins away. I look at the pizza and they gave me someone else's order. So Greg, I'm sorry but they gave me your pizza. At this point, I'm just done. The pizzas were not fully cooked. They were cold. The parm bites were so salty . The wings were ok. Def will not be back. The staff was unorganized and not apologetic for the mixup

  Awful awful 2x now I ordered delivery my food gets here always got the wrong sauces and last night half the cheese was off the pizza pushed on the other side and I spent $30 and couldn't use half the pizza awful service

  First off, a papadia is a damn pizza folded in half? I could have done that myself. I got delivery. Came cold, I sent a complaint to customer service. The manager solution was “the food left the store hot” (so calling me a liar, okay) I have worked for Dominos’s before, stop putting the food in the hot bags right out of the oven cause it’s faster to get it delivered. Leave it on the hot rack until the driver is leaving. It’s not hard to do. I tip a lot, I always tip 15+ every delivery. Why can’t I get hot food? It’s not like it’s the first time. This is just my first time complaining. I love papa John’s pizza over dominos any day. But with how they basically told me what I was saying was untrue, I don’t think I’d ever order here again. I might find a new place. The manager last night solution was a free pizza? Like lady, I do not want free food, I want what I paid for to come to my house hot. Not cold or luke warm, I rejected the stupid coupon. I have had deliveries here and them be hot and fresh. So what was the issue last night? And why was I called a liar? You need a new night manager I’m available and have great customer service skills where I don’t call the customer a liar or make them feel like they don’t matter. Every customer matters. If there is an issue, fix it. Send me out my cheese sticks hot. Not give me coupon for next time. I’m hungry now. I microwaved it and it was still garbage. I was so hungry. In case there were multiple managers on, it was a woman who called me from papa John’s. I’d get rid of her. Horrible customer service skills. Very rude.

  So I ordered food at 7 and it said it would be delivered by 745. Its now almost 830 and so I called and asked what was going on and then they told me I have to keep waiting. When I asked for ranch sauce and garlic for my wait they said they couldn't do that I didnt get my food until 930 the pizza was missing half the toppings snd when I called they placed the phone down and walked away
