- LNLife NeededMar 10, 20261.0Not even any star I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Guys location. The woman taking my order was extremely rude from the beginning and didn’t seem interested in listening to what I was asking for. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then it felt like she was ignoring parts of it. Good customer service is the bare minimum at any restaurant, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. The restaurant itself was also very dirty. The tables didn’t look like they had been cleaned, and the overall place just felt unorganized and poorly maintained. When you walk into a restaurant and immediately notice how dirty it looks, it really makes you question the quality and care that goes into the food. Unfortunately, the food was just as bad as the service. My order came out overcooked and the taste was not good at all. The burger looked like it had been thrown together with no care, and the presentation was messy and unappetizing. For the price that Five Guys charges, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Between the rude service, the dirty environment, and the overcooked food, it was not worth the money at all. This was my first time visiting this location, and it will definitely be my last. I do not recommend this place.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
