When I arrived, one of the employees laughed at me and made comments that made it clear they were mocking the fact that I was the delivery driver. I have never felt so disrespected by a store employee. Delivery drivers are working just like everyone else, and we help businesses serve their customers. Being treated this way was unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope management addresses this, because no one should feel embarrassed or belittled simply for doing their job.

The “regular fry” was $6.05 and the amount I received was equivalent a McDonald’s fry side order. For $6.05 we definitely should have gotten more fries. So definitely won’t ever be coming back to this five guys in Nashua ever again.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
