  Best customer service experience I've had at a TSC! Placed a pickup order through their app on a Wednesday morning - arrived for pickup at about 8:15am. Store and parking lot not busy. I went inside at a jog, because traffic had put me behind for an appointment - much to my delight, as soon as I opened the front door the female employee was walking over to the pickup area, and asked if the order in her hand was mine! I think she could tell I was surprised to be called by name (I travel a lot, and order online pickup from many different TSC locations) since the majority of restaurants just park your food on the shelf and let you grab it yourself. As she handed me my order, she explained why, by saying "I saw it looked like you were in a hurry on the way in, so I wanted to help you out!" Wow. Now, to be clear, this wasn't the *best* thing that ever happened to me at a restaurant - BUT - her grace, outward focus and true service mindset that led to this simple gesture REALLY stood out to me. Especially since, a good amount of the time, employees of fast-casual restaurants usually are (at best) indifferent to your presence, if not sometimes outright annoyed that you're there. Outstanding experience, Nashua TSC! Oh, and the food was spot on, too. Give this girl some serious kudos for making this customer's morning.

  Got the açaí bowl and when got back to hotel it was frozen açaí and the bananas were black and slimy. I tried the contact us on the website but it didn’t work.

  Had a slight hiccup in a wrap and it was rectified within a few days. The Bahama Mamma Smoothie i got was one of the best ive had yet. Poor sweet girl was working by herself, hats off to her. Should have got her name.

  I went to the opening day party and it was slammed. However I thought the manager and staff did a great job at maintaining a positive, inviting atmosphere and my smoothies were delicious!

  I was very excited to go be part of the grand opening, and to have a location right near my house! When I got there and asked about the promotion I was told that it was for health care workers only. Now, if this was the case I would have been slightly disappointed, but understood. I immediately went to double check the add (see screenshots attached) and NOWHERE does it say anything about any restrictions other than being in cafe customers only. I always make sure to double check the fine print, but it is literally not there. Very disappointed I wasted my time and I don't know if I want to continue patronizing this business if they are not going to be clear with advertising. I was super excited to participate in deals all weekend, but now I don't trust any of it, even though it all links back to official sources as far as I can tell. Very, very disappointed. !!!!EDIT!!!! Went back in the evening and spoke with Cole. He was happy to get me the deal, no questions asked, and made sure to talk about their other events coming up in the next few days. Gives me much more confidence coming back and actually getting what's advertised! I understand you can't always train everyone, so hopefully this was just an oversight on an otherwise busy day. Very happy with my smoothie when I finally got it!
