  I always try to avoid this place, but I was in a hurry and stopped there. After a long wait, they not only charged me for the wrong order twice, but also gave me the wrong order. I ended up paying $15.34 for two soft tacos (which should’ve been $7.39). The staff is very messy and unorganized. This place really needs new management. I feel generous giving it one star. The food wasn’t what I asked for, but it was at least okay.

  Welp, guess it's time to cross taco bell Nashua off my list of fast food places to visit. Having a really bad day and decided I wanted something quick to eat. Taco Bell definitely didn't help my day to be any better. I ordered the build your own box from the app. Got the loaded potatoes, potato soft taco, and the gordita crunch substitute chicken and add pico. Keep in mind, the chicken was 60 cents extra and the pico was also 60 cents extra. The potatoes were ice cold. I'm not one to complain so I ate half the potatoes and a few bites of the cold potato taco. Go to eat my gordita crunch and it was made wrong, made with beef and no pico. So I took it back up to the counter, had to complain this time. Guess the guy on the steam table didn't like me complaining because he made me a gordita crunch with only 3 pieces of chicken and for the pico only got like 5 tomatoes! Would've been cheaper to have just added tomatoes instead of pico but I was wanting the onions and seasoning with it. See attached pics. I'm one of those stubborn people, I'll never be back to this taco bell.

  They make food delivery drivers wait forever because they are unhappy people, if you had a more positive outlook maybe things could change for you but the vibe and energy here is a domino effect of negativity. Wouldn't the store be able to pay you more if you got the highest scores with the best customer service? These workers here display that they have no pride in their work. Its not where you work its where your mind is. Wake up people.

  Don’t even get me started about this place. The night workers are incompetent people who don’t care at all about their job. I have seen them smoking God knows what in the back of the building. The guys walk around with their pants half way down their legs. The orders come out unbelievably slow. If you order on a weekend night, good luck getting your food. They also don’t seem to be preparing the food anywhere near sanitary. They close for unknown reasons on busy nights due to”lack of staff.” If I were the founder of Taco Bell I would be ashamed of this particular store. Nothing goes right here and nothing ever will.

  My husband and I read the reviews before going but decided it couldn’t be THAT bad. We were wrong. It was actually THAT bad. I ordered a chipotle burrito and it didn’t come with chipotle sauce (practically no flavor). My husband ordered a vegetarian meal (he doesn’t eat meat and hasn’t in years) and was fed beef. Went back in and they exchanged our food, which I thought would fix everything. I was wrong. I was told that I needed to add chipotle sauce to my order if I wanted it on my chipotle burrito. What?? It comes with it. So the workers clearly don’t know their own menu. They remade it and it still had zero sauce in it. Also, if you’re expecting FAST food, think again. Between waiting for the original order and for them to remake it, it took 1.5 hours. How does that happen when the kitchen is full of workers, orders are being taken on screens, and AI is taking orders in the drive through?? I’ve been to a Taco Bell before in the UK and it was great. Somehow this fast food place was horrific and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Somehow the food at the UK’s chain was also much better (at least their food had real beans). Do not go here! You’re bound to walk away frustrated or unhappy.
