The order got repeated black to me I paid. I was short an entire pizza. The first thing mentioned on the call is it will be recorded. Called and got back to the actual store and they said the missing pizza wasn’t added, even though he repeated it to me. They didn’t listen to the recording and just said oops it didn’t get added. We can give you a discount. Horrible. PJ’s trying to save a buck lost my business.

- AAAlberto AllendeOct 18, 20251.0I went in and ordered food and was looking to get the special 2 or more for $6.99 each my son had also ordered through the website i ordered 3 items and only got 2 when I said some about it I was told that was it and I didn't get the 3 items which at the moment I was already Frustrated because I sat there for about 45 minutes waiting for my order when I got home my son got a text saying that his order was not pay for so I called in to pay and asked why I was charged so much for my order and was told that it was because I didn't ask for the special when it's posted all over the place I was told I need to ask for the it in order to get the deal that are Advertised all over the place in their store Due to policy smh on top of it the place was dirty will not go back thanks for the experience papa John's
