Filthy kitchen, food on floor and ketchup bottles on floor. All kiosks not working and no one at counter to take order. Play area stunk.
And the response from the McDonalds owner brings me to a delivery order review feedback site.

It was a very clean bathroom and dining room. It was a convenient location for mw after taking the kids shopping for hours to grab them a bite to eat.

The place was filthy. The tables were dirty people were cleaning them with hand sanitizer, workers did not clean. There were tossed fries all through out the floor of the store. There were fries boxes and bald up paper and dirty k napkins. Staff made negative comments and were arguing with customers at the register.

Purchased a meal through the app and was disappointed on many levels. Firstly, when I arrived, I was informed by staff that the mobile app did not work after midnight (It had just crossed midnight, but I had placed the order before midnight). Furthermore, the store was open until 1 am. The staff also told me "Well, I was going to just give you the cheeseburgers for free, but you had to order nuggets too, so I am going to charge you for all of it". Nearly $20 later, and after a lack of clarity on the receipt and credit card situation, the food itself proved to be my next disappointment. To begin my "Big Mac" came without lettuce, onions, cheese, pickles, and was as dry and sad as it looked. Some of my cold fries were black and nothing was fresh. I am most certainly not Lovin' It.

Terrible experience all around, it was obvious they were trying to to stall the line on purpose in hopes to have less orders and more pull offs, the guy took 5 mins to pour my coke. Just get new employees and nuke the whole store they had plenty of people on shift 3 or more employees
