I called early this morning to see if it was possible if I could get them ready by tonight, since I would be out. I spoke with someone named Kathryn, a pharmacy technician, who decided at 8:30am it was her time to shine and brief me on how the process works and that the store is a busy store so that’s why they can’t fill my medication. I have been a customer here for a long time and I’ve also been a pharmacy technician myself. This is the first rude individual I’ve encountered here. Normally I love everyone there. Sarah, Bobbi, Kim, etc. but this girl has the worst customer service and then I tried to tell her I knew how it worked that is why I was calling was to see if I could get it filled earlier and I acknowledge they are busy and short staffed as I have done the job before. She over talked me and raised her voice at me. Very condescending. I work in a customer service call center and I can tell by her tone she was a boomer. Because people in my age bracket don’t speak to each other like that. I called back to make sure my stuff was actually going to be ready and not sabotaged and I spoke to a nice gentleman who I didn’t get his name but was very helpful. My meds were ready by 10am.
- GSGrace SpragueDec 1, 20251.0i switched to hannaford to go after getting a new job and it was extremely helpful in saco maine. always an easy and convenient experience. i recently started coming to this location after getting a new job and im so bummed out because hannaford to go isn’t the same. i got a phone call last week after picking up my order and getting home 20 minutes after picking up my order and they told me i had the wrong order. i turned around and drove 40 minutes round trip to get my correct order, and the employee was so kind about it but i couldn’t help be stressed. they took my id information and everything at checkout as my order container alcohol, and it made me wonder where this information is coming from. this week, i tried this location again, and was given multiple substitutions that i wasn’t asked about as well as a few produce errors (like sweet potatoes instead of russet…) extremely annoying i have tried multiple hannaford and this is by far the worst for hannaford to go
