    Ordered ahead on the app 20 minutes before and had to wait another 15 min to get my food, happens to consistently for it to be a mistake.

    Too constantly often is it likely that you are going to be waiting upwards of 10, 15, or even 20 minutes waiting for the simplest order. Cavalier employees ignore piling up order tickets and in store orders presumably because an incompetent management staff have instructed them only to prioritize the drive thru line. I wanted a coffee before my meeting, but I had to walk out empty handed and almost late because the people working the line had 0 interest in handling even a single person who had been waiting in line. This model of service is unacceptable.

    I don't know if they are short handed or what, but even the mobile orders are slow. Things have gone way down hill.

    This dunkins is the worst, sat in line in the drive through for 15minutes got to order a muffin they told me the only muffin we have is a pumpkin, so I ordered that then when I finally got to the window they told me they don't have any muffins. Service is horrible
