- KBKayla BednarzFeb 21, 20261.0I placed a pickup order through the app on Saturday 2/21. Obviously it’s a Saturday morning I anticipated it to be busy. Having to wait a bit for my order was not the problem. My problem was having to listen to who I would assume is the manager screaming at her employees. I work in retail and I understand the stress that can come with being a manager but it doesn’t do any good screaming at the employees for not being efficient enough. Her leadership style is a great way to have a quick employee turnover rate. I would suggest some management training for her. Definitely will be going to a different dunkin.

When someone did come over she yawned into hand, grabbed out donut with the same hand and no tissue paper. Other employee put his bare hand down his pants to pull them up since they were falling down. Donut ended up looking off. On the way out, the third employee was using her teeth to open the bag of coffee beans she was going to put in the machine. So many health code violations in 5 minutes.

This very aggressive lady answered and was shouting through the phone and called me insane all for asking for my order to be canceled. I was very respectful the entire time and she hung up on me. Never got my 30 dollars back. DO NOT GO HERE.
