- OOOrlokNov 7, 20251.0Employees were complaining about a drive through customer and didn't acknowledge us trying to order. When someone did come over she yawned into hand, grabbed out donut with the same hand and no tissue paper. Other employee put his bare hand down his pants to pull them up since they were falling down. Donut ended up looking off. On the way out, the third employee was using her teeth to open the bag of coffee beans she was going to put in the machine. So many health code violations in 5 minutes.

This very aggressive lady answered and was shouting through the phone and called me insane all for asking for my order to be canceled. I was very respectful the entire time and she hung up on me. Never got my 30 dollars back. DO NOT GO HERE.

I alerted them to a mistake that I didn't need fixed (and that I was rushing unfortunately) but it was immediately remedied along with an apology and smile, kindness, joy and compassion <3 It's super rare that encountering a mistake while running late turns into an improved day and a desire to leave a huge tip - rock on!
