  Quite literally the most unprofessional disgusting Dunkin location I have ever been to. As a former dunkin manager I am literally just appalled. Lazy and unprofessional workers. Cussing at customers. Every persons order was incorrect. Order taker just standing around damn near picking his nose then handing food to customers. Floors, counters, walls all disgusting. Please do yourselves a favor and get a real manager in there and hire new employees. Disgusting and disappointing. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

  I ordered a Cookie Butter latte but was served what appeared to be regular coffee, syrup, and LOTS OF CREAM. The drink wasn’t mixed at all—the syrup was sitting at the bottom of the cup. When I asked the employee if this was correct, I was met with a dismissive response of, “Isn’t this what you ordered?” This clearly reflects a lack of proper training at this location. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue, as similar problems seem to occur every Saturday around 11 a.m. Between the poorly prepared drink, unmixed syrup, and unprofessional response, the coffee quality and customer service were both unacceptable.

  I went over to the line after using the bathroom and stood there waiting for a while and I could hear that at least 1 maybe 2 other worker(s) were by the pick up window talking to their visiting friends (talking about another employee who has apparently been written up). I stood there for a while until the visiting friend pointed out that I was waiting on the other end. The person she had been speaking to told the (seemingly) newer employee to take my order - she was ALREADY making the drive-through drink order and was expected to take my order while the other(s) stood around. She didn't know how to input a note in my order and asked for help from them, but instead one of the other women came to grab the drink she had been making (and told to leave to take mine) to give it at the drive through and then yet another employee came over because apparently the drink was wrong... so after a while of just standing there watching the 3 of them discussing how the drive through drink was supposed to be made, I just walked out. Besides the new girl, no one was a young teen or young adult where you can understand how that might happen. Management needs to do something about the employees, especially if some stand around chatting with regular visitors/friends while the (seemingly) new employee has to juggle more than one. Absolutely ridiculous.

  The walk in employee in charge of the front was absolutely rude and sarcastic... Not cool for people to be introduced in the morning by that behavior.

  Wow they suck. Literally ordered a glazed stick donut and got this instead. Long wait for this and looked like a high school kid working. They had ONE job and didn’t get it right….
