- APAlways Polite3 days ago1.0This place is a joke. Been few times. Never good. Coffee always burnt. Employees always cross contamination and not working. Management is a let down and see why the Employees do what they do. They make a horrible coffee and when politely asked to have it made correctly they including manger gives nothing but attitude and disrespect even with showing a digital record in app as proof of purchase. Never a good experience here. Laughing joke in the community is the only thing they have going for them and its a shame because its a Dunkin company. Which is not how they treat their customers and they hold themselves to a higher standard. Of which THIS STORE so NOT come close to meeting.

It doesn't matter the shift all the employees are untrained. Thinking the manager would help with a on going issues of coffee being made wrong but nope ..manger is unprofessional and bad face for dunkin. Store is clean though!

The girl working she had an head band I think had such an attitude for no reason. I asked to have my coffee remade because it didn’t look right, and she sighed, rolled her eyes, and acted like I was asking for the world. I work in the food industry too, so I get that people have rough days — but that’s never an excuse to be rude to customers. All I wanted was my coffee fixed, not an attitude. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I’d love to say that I will come back but as long as she is here I no longer will be coming back. It stinks cause this is my favorite Dunkin 😪
