    Spent 10 minutes waiting in the drive through for my food, I decided to get myself a meal since I missed lunch and have been on the road all day. I ordered snacking bacon, loaded hash browns and the black pepper maple sugar sandwich on a croissant after I finally got my order put in inches was told to wait up front for the food, which I anticipated and expected after being patient and waiting an additional 2-3 minutes out front for the food, they brought the food out to me told me to be careful the snackin bacon and rest of the food is very warm. After about 2 mins I inspected my food and found no snackin bacon Considering I was patient with no attitude the least could be done was give me all the food regardless of the condition. Needless to say I will be skipping this dunks on my route as I don't give myself alot of time for this in the first place. 👎🏼

    Manager with red hair has a very nasty attitude with customers and the food is always cold. Don’t waste your time.

    Ordered ahead on the app 20 minutes before and had to wait another 15 min to get my food, happens to consistently for it to be a mistake.

    Too constantly often is it likely that you are going to be waiting upwards of 10, 15, or even 20 minutes waiting for the simplest order. Cavalier employees ignore piling up order tickets and in store orders presumably because an incompetent management staff have instructed them only to prioritize the drive thru line. I wanted a coffee before my meeting, but I had to walk out empty handed and almost late because the people working the line had 0 interest in handling even a single person who had been waiting in line. This model of service is unacceptable.
