- CLCam Laventure6 days ago1.0I’ve been going to this dunks for years I have never had a problem until this morning. The lady at the drive-through sounded like a mouse. So I said “hello?” that was followed by a few seconds of silence. She replied to me with “what do you want?” full of attitude. I swiftly placed my coffee order, in which she responded with more attitude. I then drove up to the drive-through window. Now frustrated, I didn’t say a word at the drive-through window. I paid and when she handed me my coffee, I’m surprised that I didn’t explode from how hard it was passed over. Horrible customer service. Keep in mind this is 5:30 in the morning. I understand that someone can be a bit irritable at 5:30 AM. But if you’re gonna be that miserable at a job you chose trying to treat the customers a little bit better and don’t show your attitude.
- SSsukiJan 13, 20261.0nasty attitude amongst all the workers & shift lead/manager/etc I DONT CARE…. ordered a frozen matcha, received a matcha with smaller bits of ice? seeing my drink i asked, “hey, im not sure if i said the wrong thing but i asked for a frozen matcha, not iced” they remade it for me, but the same exact way… after asking again, the shift lead ‘corrected’ me saying nothing is wrong with the drink. LMAO. so the workers AND shift leads don’t even know the menu. it’s a bit pathetic

Said “ what are we doing here” I said “Apple Pay” as I’ve done a million times anywhere else and he’s like well I don’t know if you want me to take your phone you need to use your words. Had such a bad attitude there’s other ways of talking and handling things especially in the service industry
