I’m extremely disappointed with the repeated experiences I’ve had at this Dunkin’, specifically when an employee named Haile is working. For reference, my most recent visit was on 3/17/2026 at 4:53 PM (please check camera footage).
I visit this location often with my 9-year-old daughter since it’s the closest to us, but today was the final straw. After ordering a drink and munchkins, we sat down to eat. While sitting there, Haile was loudly complaining and making fun of customers over the drive-thru speaker. She was repeatedly using profanity—words like “f***,” “b****,” and “f***ing”—loud enough for the entire store to hear.
My daughter was visibly uncomfortable, looking around and asking why the employee was swearing and acting that way. I had to explain to her, in what’s supposed to be a family-friendly environment, that not everyone is suited for customer service.
Shortly after, a group of teenagers walked in. A coworker mentioned it, and Haile loudly screamed “NOOOOOOO!” in an aggressive, annoyed tone, clearly upset that more customers were coming in. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
When I asked another employee for her name,she seemed she didn’t want to give it at first, once I returned to my seat to gather my daughter to leave an older man sitting nearby shook his head and said, “Oh, they were swearing again, huh?”—which makes it seem like this is an ongoing issue that management is ignoring.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had a negative experience with this employee. On a previous visit, we stopped in quickly for a donut and a drink. As we walked in, employees gave each other irritated looks, and one complained about having to mop again because we entered. To make matters worse, when my daughter received her drink, the words “be quiet” were written on it in permanent marker, despite us barely speaking beyond placing our order. That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
This location does not feel welcoming, respectful, or family-friendly. The behavior we experienced is unacceptable, especially around children. I will not be returning while this employee is working, and I strongly suggest management address this ongoing issue immediately.
