  I previously rated this place a 1 star because they messed up my food but I'm back because of service. I don’t know why I decided to waste my money here again but the people making orders were fighting each other and making fun of each other it took me almost an hour to get my food. Don’t eat here

  Come in at 7:50pm to order 6 burrito bowls. Grill looked disgusting for 1. No industry standards for open kitchen? Come on guys Second no steak at 7:50pm on a Saturday night??? Gentleman who takes first order informed us they were not going to be making more. Clean the flattop and sear some steak… who is managing this location? Left without ordering.

  I love Chipotle and I've been to some great ones. This is easily the grossest and worst Chipotle I have ever walked into. I've been multiple times because I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just a bad day the first time, but no. Both times I have been there the place has been disgusting. There was loose trash all around the building and trash bags sitting on the sidewalk like 20 feet from the dumpsters. The workers were smoking weed out back and wouldn't even give me a hit so the whole place reeks of it, which I'm pretty sure that's still illegal in this state but whatever ig. The staff acted like they were inconvenienced by me ordering and had terrible customer service each time I've been there. Idk maybe the goons back there are getting the munchies and breaking into the supply or something but my portions have consistently been way smaller than every other Chipotle I've been to unless they expect me to eat the bowl too. I have- it's not good so I don't anymore. I hate writing negative reviews but this place is a highkey genuinely a disaster. Do not go here unless you enjoy being disappointed like my ex apparently. I don't. I like being stuffed full by the time I'm done, and this Chipotle will leave you wanting more.

  1 star. This is by far the dirtiest place to eat I have ever seen. From the moment you walk in, the lack of cleanliness is shocking. The floor, carpets, windows, and tables were filthy and completely neglected. In a restaurant, hygiene is the absolute minimum, and here it is clearly ignored. Other reviews mention the same lack of cleanliness, which shows this is a recurring problem. I seriously wonder if this franchise even enforces basic hygiene standards or supervises its locations. It’s hard to understand how the owner keeps this business running under such unacceptable conditions. The experience was extremely unpleasant, and I would never return or recommend this place to anyone.

  Had no rice left with 4 hours left of being open and was telling people to go to cali b. Inside and outside of restaurant we're a mess. This place needs new management for sure. Not sure how businesses survive when they are run like this.
