  When customers are standing in line, staff is busy distributing tips, you guys can do that later as well, I have waited in line for 25 minutes and food preparation is completely unhygienic, service is 00000, and to get the food again 20 mins total 45 I have waited, this is nonsense....

  Sadly every bite I took of my bowl had crispy/ hard rice and almost chipped my tooth…. Shame on me for not going to Cali B.

  This looks like a recently renovated Chipotle. The Food was good, the line moved quick, and the place was clean! We were there for takeout.

  i hate to say i always have the worst experience no matter day or time that i come. why am i paying 20$ for two kids quesadillas yet they don’t have ice, napkins, lemonade, sprite, or spoons. to add on i had a grumpy man making my food and i get the quesadillas back stuck to the tin foil with everything spread across the tinfoil it’s falling apart when im trying to eat it. normally who would care about them being out of so much because i get it but i wouldn’t need napkins if my plate wasn’t covered in sour cream and got it all over my new hoodie sleeve, am i supposed to lick it off? and lmk why i have lettuce floating in my sour cream but didn’t get any?? and to top it all off i ran into the door on my way out and on my way in. When I tugged on the locked door all the workers looked at me like i was a fugitive. And then to slam into it on my way out when im already covered in sour cream and had the worst service. and these quesadillas suck im peeling disintegrated tortilla off of tin foil it’s not good.

  I've been a dasher for doordash for a long time. There's 2 restaurants in Nashua that I will gladly decline no matter how much a customer tips just to avoid coming there and this is one of those spots. On the dasher app it tells you there's shelves where mobile orders are. And yes they are right but Chipotle hoards the doordash orders on a 1 foot by 3 foot counter where the food is getting cold and they purposely face the bags away so you can't see the name. So not only do you have to deal with the worst people with the worst attitudes but you also have to wait until they feel like helping you. Picked up an order at 8:10pm tonight Friday March 27th yes Chipotle do your homework to fire the young man who not only grabbed the bag from me but was so rude in front of a restaurant with tons of customers. It's been getting progressively worse esp this past week. I get it customer service jobs aren't for everyone but you clearly either hire the wrong type or you don't train correctly. Well see if things get better but I dont have much hope. Do better Chipotle
