    Five minutes not a word nothing no I'll be with you in a minute then they don't even have menu items shut it down arbys every time I try I'm disappointed

    Asked for two roast beef half-pounders, cashier gave me a hard time on the "definition" of a roast beef. Then only gave me two classic roast beefs, rather than two half-pounders. I have gotten half-pounders in the past, these were not. And they charged me for the half-pounder price.
