Several employees are rude, loud, and generally seem uninterested in providing good service. It feels like they don't care much about getting the order right or even following through with basic customer service. I’ve also noticed that the back counter area is often dirty, and that's concerning,g especially when you're handling food and drinks.Both my wife and I have gotten sick after drinking their teas a couple of times. Tthey should seriously consider bringing Lynel and Chrystal back. They were the reason this place was worth coming to in the first place.
