Worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had. Placed an order, and they were entirely out of lettuce and onions. To be fair there was a sign informing customers of the lack of lettuce. Understandable. But then being out of onions kinda sucked. But again, Understandable. Ordered a cookie dough chocolate "milkshake". Manager on duty then informed us they were out of the cookie dough mix. Again, Understandable so I asked for a chocolate milkshake instead. Also ordered a large chocolate frosty. Got our food after waiting a little longer than one would hope because the employees all moved at the pace of disabled slugs despite the fact that we were the only customers inside and they had only one car in the drive-thru. As we were preparing to head out, realized we were missing the chocolate milkshake. Told the manager we were missing the chocolate shake and she pointed to the chocolate frosty we had. I said yes, we ordered a chocolate frosty as well but we didnt get the chocolate shake. Manager was very rude and said we got our chocolate frosty. Again had to explain we ordered the chocolate frosty as well as the cookie dough shake. "UGH I told you we dont have the cookie dough!' I said I'm aware but I asked for a chocolate shake instead. "We dont have the shake stuff I told you that!" ... uh no you said you didnt have the cookie dough mix. "yes I did!" ... NO YOU DIDNT. Visibly annoyed she said "Well what do you want instead then." Before I could answer she said "I can make you the oREO cookie shake instead." Fine, I'll take that. The most annoying part of this whole transaction was not only the absolute horrid attitude I got from this woman, and not only way she was so quick to argue instead of de-escalate and admit her mistake, but the way she point blank ignored the order in front of her that clearly indicated an item was missing and remedy it. Terrible customer service and horrible attitude from THE MANAGER.

This is one of the rudest Wendy’s I have been too. I went through the drive through for a reason. I had to get back to work and get back to work. I get back and only had one burger but should have had 2. I called to see if they would bring me a burger or refund me. The answer was no I’m busy at lunch time right now but you need to come down here if you want either.
I work and don’t have time for that and the manager told me that is the only way.
These days you should be able to refund or send someone if you screw up the order. It will be the last time I go to that Wendy’s especially after dealing with the manager. The way she answers the phone and not customer friendly at all.

My boyfriend and his friend went there yesterday during the storm 12/2/25 around 8pmish to get food. The teenagers working looked right at them and just went into the back without anything. Then when they left, they watched them leave. They need to be fired. Sorry you need to work during a snow storm. But there are more people out there that are needing to be out during the actual storm to clean up and save lives. Grow up and do your job or leave it.
