- SSS SavageApr 15, 20265.0Just stopped in the Milford store to pick up a few things, and appears they did a merchandise refresh of store. Looks amazing produce dept was full and impactful, new food displays, new items in the salad bar, meat department also had new wonderful selections, and had Paul Wahlberg giving samples of burgers and they had other sample stations as well and in every isle all the shelves were full and impactful. Looks great
- DDDaniel DesPlainesApr 13, 20261.0I had two bad experiences in New Hampshire and both were at Shaws. I tried to pick up an order today and went in to get a shopping cart. There was no carts around. I asked employee is there carts around the corner that I’m missing and they just basically ignored me and kept doing whatever they were doing. Meantime I go to the other end of the store and pick up a cart and there’s three managers messing around at the produce dept rather than keeping in touch with what’s going on in their store! The pick up dept was very busy . Then when I go over to pick up the order, the manager goes in the pickup area and talks to the employee. I tell them I have order to pick up and they both ignore me. The Manager keeps talking to the employee and doesn’t even acknowledge that I was even there! This is a manager of this store that treated me like that. No wonder why the other employees aren’t friendly!! If you have inept employees and unfriendly employees you blame management not the employees!
