    This is one of the rudest Wendy’s I have been too. I went through the drive through for a reason. I had to get back to work and get back to work. I get back and only had one burger but should have had 2. I called to see if they would bring me a burger or refund me. The answer was no I’m busy at lunch time right now but you need to come down here if you want either. I work and don’t have time for that and the manager told me that is the only way. These days you should be able to refund or send someone if you screw up the order. It will be the last time I go to that Wendy’s especially after dealing with the manager. The way she answers the phone and not customer friendly at all.

    My boyfriend and his friend went there yesterday during the storm 12/2/25 around 8pmish to get food. The teenagers working looked right at them and just went into the back without anything. Then when they left, they watched them leave. They need to be fired. Sorry you need to work during a snow storm. But there are more people out there that are needing to be out during the actual storm to clean up and save lives. Grow up and do your job or leave it.

    They switch up their menu to much and it’s a scattered mess trying to find what you want on it they got rid of their sweet and sour sauce and switched it with a sweet chile sauce
