With over 20 items missing I realized it was an oversight and requested that the remaining order be delivered. Well they couldn’t do that for a reason that didn’t make sense. Poor management decision I am a regular customer and this was clearly their fault. I am done with Shaws. Not the first time I haven’t had a complete order with and item or two missing. AND my rotisserie chicken was apparently given to someone else as they indicated I received it. I DID NOT!
