  I get nostalgic when I eat here. Food is always good. App is easy to navigate when we take out. Servers have always been great. Solid restaurant.

  Just like others have said, this place stinks, literally. The restrooms smell like the sewer, and it makes it's way I to the restaurant. The restrooms are nasty. The men's urinal is rusted and leaking from the fixture onto the floor. The stall door is broken. The mirror is dirty and covered in water spots. There is no soap in the dispenser, how are the staff washing their hands? No paper towels, only an extremely old air dryer that barely works. Trash cans were overflowing into the floor. The table we were sat at was sticky, there was trash on the floor under it. There was only one other customer in the building at the time, so there's no excuse why the bathroom wasn't cleaned. It wasn't busy. If the areas that the customers CAN see look this way and aren't cleaned, what does the kitchen look like? I contacted Pizza Hut customer service to give them a chance to rectify the situation at the store. They told me they were reaching out to the owner of the store, and the owner would contact me as well. I was never contacted by anyone again after this response. I went in again recently to check to see if anything had improved since contacting customer service, and it is still the same.

  Employee wasn’t very friendly. I asked if he could swap breadsticks out for cinnamon sticks in one of the pizza combos I bought and he refused saying it would cost more money for them to prepare cinnamon sticks. The food quality is usually pretty poor with pizzas being way too saucy and room temperature at best. The only good item that Pizza Hut offers now are their cinnamon sticks, but only if they put extra cinnamon on them. If they don’t have enough cinnamon, they are trash. I called them last night to ask a question about the buffet and they told me they don’t have the buffet at this location, then rudely slammed the phone down which ended the call. I decided to call another location nearby and they told me that I was lied to and both locations have the buffet every Tuesday and Friday from 11:30 to 1:30.
