If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Every interaction & visit I have had at this dunkin’ donuts has been the absolute WORST. They always get my food order wrong, and when I ask them for the correct one, they come at me with such nasty attitude. If you really hate your job, then quit. Why work here if you’re going to treat your customers horrible. I got my croissant FREEZING cold on the inside. I went in to get a new one that isn’t frozen, and the old lady named Jennifer, always has the worst attitude told me that it comes like that or that it’ll be burnt. Every dunkin’ donuts I have been to, the croissant was NEVER like that. It’s warm & melted on the inside. I then proceeded to tell her that my food has never been like this & she said “well then just leave, go away, I don’t have time for you.”
How do you even say that to a customer? This is not the first horrendous interaction I have had with this lady. Worst Dunkin’ donuts ever, don’t come here.
