We ended up having to refund our order through the app, which takes a week. It is inconvenient.

Um hello????? Im in your drive thru watching at least half a dozen cars go by in the other lane without her taking our order. Ridiculous! This lady works at the Plymouth location to or used to anyway. Not trying to be mean, but come on!!!!
