- GRGeorge RoyJul 31, 20254.0The tour is short and it's hit or miss whether you catch them on one of the three days that they're actually making ice-cream. I've been there twice and both times not. Got an ice cream sunday at the dairy bar and was given the wrong sunday. When I did get the correct sunday, it was delicious. They do make good ice cream.

- MFMarybeth FisherAug 17, 20201.0We went to the Meredith location and the counter girl was awfully rude. I understand working with the public can be tiring, but customer service is important. Most flavors we asked for were out which again is fine but I asked what she had for flavors and her response she was “everything else”. We then asked for another flavor and she said “we are out of that too”. So after 5 different flavors, we finally picked one that was available and asked for rainbow sprinkles which she forgot - again no big deal but when my husband asked for them, she tossed them at him and turned around. I work with the public as well but I see no reason for rudeness. We were there 8/17.
