  Waited over ten minutes with no other customers for a mobile order. When it came out half of it was cold and the sandwich was wrapped with the sticker on the inside. They forgot my drink and when I asked for a cup it took them another two minutes to get it from behind the counter. Trash is left overflowing near the drink fountains. Terrible service even for a McDs.

  I wanted to share my recent experiences visiting this particular McDonald's location. I moved to this area several months ago, and I've stopped by the drive-thru on five separate occasions—and every single time, it has been the exact same story! No matter what menu item I choose, they always ask me to pull over to the waiting area to receive my order. I thought, "Well, maybe they're preparing the food fresh right then and there, so everything will be delivered fresher—maybe the fries will even be crispy." But nothing could be further from the truth—what a disappointment! The fries I received were soggy and cold, and the burger was sloppily put together. On one occasion, I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder, and this last time I ordered a Double Arch—and once again, I had to wait over 15 minutes in the waiting area, only to be handed a total disaster of a meal! It's a real shame to pay so much money for such poorly prepared food. I really hope they can get this resolved!

  I’m leaving a five star review because this location consistently hits the mark. I went through the drive through for my usual Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal and as always the food was excellent. In my opinion, they have the absolute best fries in the business and their Coke always tastes better than anywhere else. It’s that consistent quality that makes it worth the price every time. The process was smooth as I paid at the first window and moved to the second. The staff asked me to pull into the waiting area. I didn't have to wait long at all maybe five minutes before Lauri brought everything out. Laurie was wonderful, extremely friendly and had a great laugh. She was quick and professional getting the food to me but she still managed to make the interaction feel upbeat and personal. Great food and even better service. I'll definitely be back!!

  This place should be used as the example of why we shouldn't raise minimum wage. Long waits, incorrect orders and rude staff. I have never been more excited to have AI take over human jobs.

  This is a much better McDonald’s than the one on Dobson Way in Merrimack that consistently tries overcharging for items in the hopes that customers won’t notice. This one on Second Street also has a playground
