  Purchased K-Pop demon hunter meal and they didn't give me any sauce called the store asking if they are out but they are not just careless for a meal you end up playing extra for. Sad to see how poorly mcdonalds are run these days. Ceo can't even eat the food.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered 2 drinks, 2 Big Macs, and 1 Happy Meal, but had to wait nearly an hour to receive my food, even after asking staff multiple times to check on my order. While waiting, many customers who ordered after me (not through the app, but directly at the counter) received their food before I did, which shows poor order management. When I finally got my order, I was told to check it, and I found that one burger was missing. What made it worse was that I didn’t receive any apology or support from the staff. Long wait times, missing items, and poor service very disappointing experience. I hope the store improves its service and organization in the future

  Went to Manchester and the burger was dry and over cooked, staff was interested in themselves and gossiping, i walked out and went thru drive thru. I was the only waiting customer inside. Dt was actually faster. But then the guy at the window started talking and I waited for him to hand me my drink. I will not discourage people as it could've been an off day. Everyone did have a smile. But I will not, return.
