Stopped at Urgent Care; looked like food poisoning; medication, plenty of fluids, ride it out as I didn’t even eat half the sandwich. Called to let management know; polite, but what can a fast food restaurant do when something like this happens?

When there's 3 patties, what in the hell would make you put 6 slices of cheese on the bottom bun and only one top? No straw with my drink as well which seems to be a common occurrence recently.
