Associate was friendly, expedient; asked if I needed a receipt - I did not. I started to eat the sandwich on my drive home and became very nauseous, violent vomiting not even 10 minutes after leaving Wendy’s drive thru on Second St in Manchester. Stopped at Urgent Care; looked like food poisoning; medication, plenty of fluids, ride it out as I didn’t even eat half the sandwich. Called to let management know; polite, but what can a fast food restaurant do when something like this happens?
