Then pull up to the window to get handed a black coffee with no cream or anything. We ordered a caramel cream and instead of asking us what we want instead of that since they’re supposedly out of both cream and caramel, we get a coffee with ice. This location has started getting bad with their service for at least a month now and it’s just getting worse. Food’s good when they actually get the stuff correct, though.
