    Seen you guys offering a free item when you sign up for your rewards program so I did and went in to claim it as well as ordering a quesaritto,, karol your manager working first shift told me she can not do that because it's a third party thing, I never heard of that and was quite confused. She could give me no answers and just left telling me sorry that's third party with an attitude. I dont think that's very customer friendly especially on Christmas eve

    Taco bell you are going out of business, you put 3 little pieces of steak on our quesadilla and rolled quesadilla and no meat in the wrap. Overpriced for the little bit of food you prepared. My wife says she won't eat Taco bell again it sad to see greed squeeze out quality.

    Place always busy but food at least 8 timed out of always dry and worse than dogfood. Fries cold and old as hell, you can tell when they taste awful and have an orange look to them vs a nice yellow crisp. I go back to get fresh and new fries and they literally gave me the same ones. What i want to know is why they cant make fries more often and fresh like busy McDonald's can Yes McDonald's fries have sucked too but the chances if them sucking is not nearly as likely at a busy location. This tb is quite busy and their food as of lately is just awful

    Check your food. This place has shorted me food on multiple occasions. Tonight they shorted me an entire Crunchwrap which is over 1/3 the cost of my order. I asked the guy straight up at the window “are you sure this is everything?” And against my better judgement his response of “yes I checked it myself” was just a straight up lie. If I’m going to spend money on disgusting food I still want to get what I paid for.
