  Can’t read instructions to save their life. I was a daily visitor for breakfast but I’m done paying for food made incorrectly and their instructions are clear but the person making it doesn’t care to read it….not really hard to understand no cheese is no cheese. Sad most service there is awesome just not when it comes to making food

  Ordered through Uber eats on December 12 for lunch for my sister and myself. We had a super simple order. Very easy. 2 sandwiches, 1 Mac n cheese and 1 soup. Seems simple.. right? Wrong. The $15.39 chicken chipotle avocado sandwich had NO AVOCADO OR PEPPERS ON IT. Half of the chicken had 2 measly pieces of chicken. I have ordered this sandwich in the past and been pleased. This time it was pitiful. Uber did nothing to correct the issue, so I shall put panera on blast. For how expensive all the food is, your employees sure don't give a rats behind about the quality of food going out the door. Congrats. Sandwich was disgusting this time. Dry, burnt in some places, and just wasn't appetizing. I threw it away. Gave the chicken to my cats and tossed it all.

  Food and drink is as to be expected. People who work there are awesome. My only issue is they’ve totally blocked all of their outlets, so coming to do any computer work is a dud. It’s odd because they used to have them all open, but they’ve been covered up (except one).

  I go to Panera fairly often, at least 10 times this year; let me start off with saying I enjoy going to places more northern in the world, so that goes to say that my experience at Panera this particular location was very pleasurable. When I entered with my two other coworkers they finished and then as I was speaking to the young lady Jessica at the cash register she was so warm hearted and just very wonderful to talk to you! I think she should be givin a promotion and a reward for her outstanding service; she was able to vary intellectually and intuitively. Repeat my order back to me and she took down my phone number for my free sweets reward when she asked where my 717 area code resides in I kindly responded that it’s from the Pennsylvania Hershey area and she was nice enough to let me know that I have a nice accent which made me feel so full of joy and I almost forgot to go straight to the father in heaven for that wonderful praise that I received through such a kind hearted person! I ordered the chicken pesto and tomato dipper. I also ordered the French onion dipper with steak sandwich and the fireside chili. I included pictures below. The sandwiches are fair in their portion sizes and tasty. I very much so enjoyed the tomato dipping sauce it actually went much better with my mac & cheese with bacon on top. I also got my usual which is a cranberry loaf, which was good as usual although the fire side chilly was a bit more thin than I expected, but I do understand that Panera most likely puts most of their soups through food processors, and the chili stuck to its name by being very, very hot in temperature a.k.a. fireside chili, the atmosphere there was nice and I hope that all the hands that prepared my meal would be blessed!
