I get that and called back when they opened and asked for a refund. The girl told me that I have to call corporate I did and the told me the store handles the refund. I called the store and they told me that I could come in for a free coffee well already in Boston.

Thankfully the person behind me helped by pushing my car with hers so I was out of the line but still not in the best spot. The staff brought my order to my car which I wasn't even thinking about any longer. I waited almost 2 hours for a tow and some other customers were absolutely awful. Yelling and making rude gestures and giving me the finger. I was crying and sweating my butt off trying to keep it together. The manager brought me out a cup of iced water and was so kind. As were the rest of the staff. And my frozen coffee was made perfectly. They were amazing on a really bad day for me.
