But this morning nov 8th at 615 am the ladies were amazing but there needs to be something done with the young teen boy there with glasses black hair and attitude. Man ordered mocha coffee it wasn't on the recipe slip on the cup so customer spoke this bratty kid gave him the worst tone and attitude that I've ever heard or seen there. Now when a customer complains it should just be fixed especially if the complaint is being said rudely. Now the young man didn't say anything really wrong but it's all in the tone and rude faces rolling eyes and stuff. He did not seem to understand why I was aggravated and speaking up. The assistant was very unhelpful as well basically told me to be on my way then the wonderful manager came out and handled it all appropriately.

The window person was kind of nice. But my food was burnt and shockingly ice cold at the same time. My lemonade was just ice water... And when I called to figure out what I could do, the "manager" who answered the phone just screamed in the phone and hung out on me. Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this Dunkins.
