Kinda funny but considering we're talking about several ton vehicles safety should be your first concern the donut and coffee will still be there if you're patient.

Wait person was unapologetic but still fixed the order by replacing the sandwiches. When I got home I realized that instead of two jelly donuts I got glazed. I decided to call not for a refund but to just let them know that they really need to listen to the customers better. Unfortunately the person on the phone was the same unapologetic person who was still unapologetic and acted as if it was actually quite alright to get customer orders wrong. This particular Dunkin location has been going downhill for some time, frequently getting orders wrong. These issues are easily fixable with better supervision. It's bad enough with inflation so when I CAN afford coffee and donuts just please get the orders right! Is that too much to ask?
