She told me I was only getting one. So basically she was dictating towards me. Not only I didn't get my extra latte I had to pay extra.

Slowest service of any dunks I've been to, I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with two cars in front of me the other day. Staff always has back turned when I pull up to the window and they wait to check me out until my food is ready, which takes even more time.

Kinda funny but considering we're talking about several ton vehicles safety should be your first concern the donut and coffee will still be there if you're patient.
