  I ordered a bowl and received less than a scoop of chicken, cold chips, and no Chipotle hot sauce was available at all. On top of that, the employee at the counter was extremely careless—items were essentially thrown together, I wasn’t offered a tray, and the overall interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I usually expect a certain level of consistency and quality from Chipotle, which is why this experience stood out so negatively. This location is consistently horrible. My fourth time here and this is the worst time yet. The place is also very dirty and unorganized

  I just walked out. They had no chicken then insisted it would be ready, so I said ok. Asked for white rice. They had about 1/4 serving and just gave me what they had left and dumped a massive scoop of black beans to cover up the teaspoon of rice they gave me.. like its insulting and gross.. im not paying $20 for a bowl of beans.. anyways I just walked out. The staff is rude and untrained.. That location could have a good business. Everyone should go to California Burrito. The food is better and the staff is way better.

  I've gone to Chipotle my whole life, but I will never order from this Chipotle again. My order was so sloppily made - it was drowning in sour cream, they gave me steak instead of chicken, and they gave me a side of guacamole instead of queso. On top of that, they didn't include utensils in my DoorDash order, like I specifically asked.

  we placed an online order to this chipotle today and the service was awful. me and my boyfriend ordered two burrito bowls with lettuce, pico, veggies and cheese. we received sour cream and beans. we also ordered chips, a drink, and a side of pico and guacamole? literally got none of it. while it was late, there was still plenty of time before closing, and the service we received felt petty. we are both very disappointed as we frequently come here.

  I’ve never done this but I am dumbfounded. Went in at 2:30, somehow I’m the only customer. Two guys at the ordering area look at me, say nothing, go back to food prepping and leave me standing there wondering what’s up. One person working the line and register simultaneously finally acknowledges me after I approached her. Of course they’re out of steak and fajita veggies. She scrapes the very last of what’s left of the steak, less than a normal portion, and tries to do so with the veggies but it’s pointless because there’s none and none cooking. So I got a burrito with basically nothing in it that I wanted, and find out when I get to the register that it’s 4 dollars more than it was a week ago. Queso jumped from 1.75 to 2.95 “before tax.” Manager had to explain that one to me because the kid at the register had no idea why I was confused on the price. No signage up yet and employees were complete unprepared to explain the price hike. Ate there and checked before I left - still no veggies. Who is running this place?
