  One of the busiest locations I’ve ever been to yet the staff is always in an upbeat mood for the amount of traffic and service they serve.

  we placed an online order to this chipotle today and the service was awful. me and my boyfriend ordered two burrito bowls with lettuce, pico, veggies and cheese. we received sour cream and beans. we also ordered chips, a drink, and a side of pico and guacamole? literally got none of it. while it was late, there was still plenty of time before closing, and the service we received felt petty. we are both very disappointed as we frequently come here.

  The crew at this location tonight was fabulous! The place was absolutely slammed bc the Bedford store is closed and they all worked together, kept great attitudes, and got everyone's orders out as quickly as they could. Being able to maintain a high level of customer service while being so busy is something many stores aim for but often times miss. This location handled it beautifully!

  I’ve never done this but I am dumbfounded. Went in at 2:30, somehow I’m the only customer. Two guys at the ordering area look at me, say nothing, go back to food prepping and leave me standing there wondering what’s up. One person working the line and register simultaneously finally acknowledges me after I approached her. Of course they’re out of steak and fajita veggies. She scrapes the very last of what’s left of the steak, less than a normal portion, and tries to do so with the veggies but it’s pointless because there’s none and none cooking. So I got a burrito with basically nothing in it that I wanted, and find out when I get to the register that it’s 4 dollars more than it was a week ago. Queso jumped from 1.75 to 2.95 “before tax.” Manager had to explain that one to me because the kid at the register had no idea why I was confused on the price. No signage up yet and employees were complete unprepared to explain the price hike. Ate there and checked before I left - still no veggies. Who is running this place?

  My boyfriend went to this chipotle tonight to pick us up dinner and everything went wrong. All we wanted was two bowls. There was absolutely no salsa whatsoever available to us costumers. The worker serving him did not listen at all, and put the wrong toppings on the wrong bowl. My boyfriend does NOT like sour cream and of course the worker put it on BOTH bowls because he didn’t care to listen. Mind you he was extremely lazy and rude. My brown rice is undercooked, hard, and cold. After telling the worker that he put the wrong toppings on, he just continued to make the bowls. My boyfriend came home very mad and we will NOT be putting up with this every time we go to chipotle because I love it there. There will be something said next time we go.. if we ever go there again.
