  I am truly shocked by this customer service. I understand the high demand of any fast food establishment, but the women serving on Sheffield Rd today was short, impatient, and snapped when the order contained more than one sandwich (two sandiwiches and two hashbrowns). She stated the drive thru isn’t for large orders. I understand being alone and stressed, but there were zero customers and no line. I hope that something can change. Unfortunately I will not return to this location…

  We went on at noon for sourdough sandwiches. We were told they couldn't take any food orders because they were cleaning their ovens. We asked how long the ovens would be down and they said up to 2 hours. We asked why would you clean the ovens at lunchtime and they said they didn't have a choice. Seriously?!

  I just tried to place an order at the drive thru & no one asked for my order. I said Hello & then a female came on the mic & said You were rude to me first, have a nice one. I stated I just said Hello & she again said Have a nice one & wouldn’t take my order. I went into the store & asked a female employee who was just standing there if she was the only one here & she said yes. I then asked who the Manager was & she said we don’t have one, the I asked who the Regional Manager was and she said we don’t have one. I then told her she was the rudest thing & she told me Have a nice one. FIRE HER!!!
