  I am not sure if it is the manager or a shift leader however whoever is in charge ( went on 2-25 830am) was extremely rude to this teenager who was simply doing his job. Customers could hear and just the overall “atmosphere” in the place at this time was loud and not welcoming

  Came at a brisk 1:45 pm to grab a coffee, all the crew members in and out the back door to smoke while the line stays at a stand still for more than 20 minutes. Great service dunks!

  I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant add bacon and they gave me egg and cheese clearly burned.

  Second time visiting a Dunkins in 2 days where my order was incorrect because the person taking my order was not listening. I had to repeat it 3 times for them to get it correct. I understand it was busy today, 2-11-26, but it was not busy enough to be completely terrible at working the store.

  They are mostly all the same, but this one has chatty coworkers, holding your coffee in their hands while they continue having a laugh...
