  How do you run out of original crispy dippers (tenders)? The Nashua and Concord store has them. It’s a chicken place!

  We visited on a Friday evening around 5PM. It was fairly quiet. There were staff standing around, but we weren’t seated for 10minutes despite having made eye contact with some of the staff. After we ordered food, it took over 30minutes to get our food. The food came out cold, and the order was incorrect. We witnessed another table leaving prematurely after having waited for a long time as well. Then the staff started coming around and attending to customers. Overall service was bad. Food was mediocre.

  Our server (Colbs) Little to say this was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve ever had. We had a table of 6 people and we put our order in, then only 5 of our orders came out. After waiting 5 or so minutes we asked the waiter were our food was then for her to disappear for 20 minutes, then shortly after the manger on duty showed up with our missing food. Most of our table was finished we never received an apology as clearly our order was never put in. To top it off our waitress finally came out and gave our a bad look and an eye roll. Not someone who write reviews but never received an apology on this mistake.

  Our server was excellent and have us great treatment. The ultimate appetizer (pick up to 4) was honestly perfect in and of itself and you should NEVER EVER TAKE IT OFF THE MENU. The sliders were great and had some kick to them. The everything soft pretzels, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings were so perfect. Of course the wings are great as always and our server was always helpful.
