  They NEVER have shakes available. Take it off the menu if you can’t be bothered servicing the machine. Pathetic

  Two, almost three, months. Two months ago, I spent $15 on an inedible meal. I immediately asked for a refund and was told to use the app. Customer service kept telling me that I’d be hearing from the restaurant then closing my case. I haven’t heard one peep from you all. It got to the point where I went back and everyone in the store was looking at me like I had 2 heads. Haven’t heard from anyone in over a week, but this is extremely disappointing. $1-$5, I would let it go but $15 for brick fries, a cold burger, and soda water (I ordered a sprite) is insane.

  Slower than usual service at the drive through, had to pull in and wait and then had to go back in to get the sauces I ordered. No shakes or ice creams available which was a bummer. Food was usual McDonald's and staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait.
