  This place is terrible, they have old ladies working there that couldn’t be bothered to do anything right, put in an order for 4 people and they left out 85 percent of the order, and when told they left it out, they told us it wasn’t their problem and to go somewhere else, the food that we did receive was cold and one of the famous bowls were missing everything but the mashed potatoes, Ordered 2 drinks with that that weren’t in the main dining room and they had to make them out back, lady kept complaining about having to make them to us, told us that the Sweet lightning mountain dew and one of the rockstar refrescas weren’t even on the menu, when we ordered them right through the kiosk, this place is terrible and i urge everyone to go elsewhere, insufferable staff to deal with

  This is the only drive thru fast food place I've been to that when you go through the drive thru you're asked to pull forward and wait for them to bring your order out. The two times I did this it took 5-10 minutes. The most ridiculous service I've encountered. Can't believe they're still in business.

  I visited as a food delivery driver. For years, this place has been slow, and I have had customers complain about food missing from their ordes.

  Whoa! Been here twice. This is the worst Taco Bell if not worst fast food I’ve had. They forgot an item in my order and the the cantina chicken quesadilla ($6.99) looks like a baby took a small crap in a tortilla. Dissatisfied for sure.

  The service here is abysmal. The entire dining room is full and not a single person has food. The average wait time is over 45 minutes to get your order filled. That’s not fast food.
