There were two other employees working and they weren’t doing anything, but Jacob was so helpful, kind, and smiled the whole time even while being ignored when he requested that the two other employees grab him something from the back. I’m hoping this reaches Jacob so he knows how good of a job he did. He deserves so much more appreciation than he probably receives. Thank you Jacob!!!
