    Medium fry filled with less fries than a small, forgot my sauces and the workers were rude

    Slower than usual service at the drive through, had to pull in and wait and then had to go back in to get the sauces I ordered. No shakes or ice creams available which was a bummer. Food was usual McDonald's and staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait.

    I had a bad experience at this store, so I gave negative feedback on the app. The store manager Danielle reached out to me and ended up offering to give me free meal coupons. This was 2 months ago. I have contacted them several times since, but not received a response.

    First when I called and asked about an order answered and told me well I’m in the office so I will have to go out and check being very rude and told us that the our food was sitting on the counter when we put in the app that it was spot 6. And continued to say well it’s on the counter and I have had this problem with this location on more than one location. Would not have used it if I didn’t have to!

    Got Hi-C instead of iced tea, sweet and sour sauce instead of honey mustard, and a single patty in my McDouble. Nugs also took a while. My pregnant self is truly flamed about the missing patty. Unsatisfying.
