    If I could give this place a zero I would! I am absolutely furious with my experience at Dunkin' Donuts. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly did not care about customers at all. She seemed like she didn’t even want to be here. Completely unacceptable. But that’s not even the worst part. I bit into my $6 sandwich and there was a literal piece of paper inside it. PAPER. How does that even happen? It’s disgusting and honestly concerning from a food safety standpoint. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the store was less than ideal. Tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while, the bathroom was disgusting and the trash cans were overflowing meanwhile there were some staff standing around doing nothing. It felt grimy and neglected. I expect basic hygiene and decent service when I’m paying for food. This experience was beyond disappointing, it was infuriating. I will not be returning.

    I visited Dunkin' this morning for breakfast and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Before ordering, I used the restroom, which was in an unacceptable condition. It was unclean and poorly maintained to the point that it was embarrassing for a business to allow customers to use it. Cleanliness in restrooms reflects overall standards, and this did not meet basic expectations. When I approached the counter, I noticed the $6 meal deal was still displayed on the menu and on signage in the lobby. However, when I attempted to order it, I was informed that the promotion had been discontinued approximately two months ago. Continuing to display outdated promotional materials is misleading and creates confusion for customers. After placing my order, I sat down to wait and observed that the dining area was also not properly maintained. The table I chose was dirty, and the floors appeared as though they had not been cleaned in some time. Given the visible condition of the lobby and restroom, it raises concerns about the overall cleanliness standards of the establishment. I hope management addresses these issues promptly, as cleanliness, accurate advertising, and basic upkeep are essential to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

    Well, the food was awesome. The people were nice. But, they also did forget one of my items. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. They only gave me one food. To be fair, it was 5:00 a.m. Still, I payed full price and they didn't even give me all of my food.
