He just asked her if the coffee she placed out was his? She said I don't know very rudely. They finished my coffee let it sit aside for a minute, the girl and her co worker both laughed about my order. Wh3n she placed my coffee on the pick up mat, Then I told her she was rude to my cousin and told her, her customer service sucks. She laughed and said thanks.

The help cannot following directions they make whatever they want you to have! 2x the order was wrong. I know this owner has opened a couple of stores in londonderry if they all have started scrimping on what we pay top dollar to purchase. Im definitely going to find Dunkins outside of londonderry/ Derry. The coffee rolls even the shape has changed. Owner please explain to everyone
